I ordered an advent calendar for Christmas and the quality was wonderful. The selection of jewellery was wonderful. I was amazed at the quality at the price I paid, fantastic. I ordered several pieces also and they are all beautiful. The delivery was excellent too.
What a fabulous company, I would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality jewellery at affordable prices.

My daughter bought me a Swarovski Crystal advent calendar from Clear Crystal and unfortunately a couple of the items were defective..I contacted Clear Crystal and explained the situation and, without hesitation, I was told that the items would be replaced immediately. The lady I was in contact with, Chloe, was so helpful and couldn’t have been more pleasant. I’m delighted with my calendar and the level of service from the company is outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I order calendar 28 November and I paid for 3-4 days and then i messaged them on 3 December and as where is my order and she say is because Royal Mail have trouble and they says it gonna come 8 December but is already 9 December and is still haven’t arrived and I don’t have any information about where is it and I messaged them yesterday and today but they not replying back that is horrible shop that lie and not answering to them customer s don’t buy anything there because yo are not gonna be happy about it.

Ordered their Christmas calendar and got a pair of earrings in day three that are unwearable as the backing is too small for the earring stick to go through

What a dreadful company I ordered on Sunday 4 advent calanders 5 days before December 1st and as flying to Canada to give them as presents I paid for 3 working day postage guaranteed delivery by Thursday its now Thursday and nothing has arrived .I tracked the parcel and it hasn't met the parcel centre .so I will not recieve it until January 6th .I will never deal with company again they promise something they cannot deliver and let me down now I have to let my daughters and grandaughters down ..stay clear ...shame on you ..they don't even have a phone number

Ordered 2 calendars on 22.11.22 and Money was took out of bank but no confirmation email. I emailed them 29.11.22 and no reply as yet. I paid for 1 to 2 day delivery but still not received.

This is the 2nd order I have placed with these, this time I ordered a advent calendar as well.
I would really recommend I think the crackers are amazing I love the gifts inside not like shop bought cheap tatty rubbish.
You may say a bit expensive but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

Had previously ordered the christmas crackers and was surprised by the quality and speed of delivery. Recently ordered earrings and necklaces for my bridesmaids they were thrilled with the gifts. Really showed up im my photos, nice and sparkling and looked expensive

I bought last Christmas ? from you and was delighted with my gifts and service so I wanted a special Christmas for my family as it has been a difficult year for us and possibly the last with some of our close family due to illness, so trying to make memories this Christmas none of us will ever forget

Have had an amazing experience with clear crystal ive order jewellery from there that had came as it looked in the photo and didn't take long for delivery order myself and nieces the jewellery advent calendars can't wait to see what's inside they never fail on quality and price highly recommend them for jewellery.

I absolutely love clear crystal i think i have been purchasing from them now for 3 years, everything is packaged well you nearly always get a discount, the jewellery is beautiful i alwasy but all year through so i can give xmas gifts to family and friends, i don think his company can do any better with the free gifts, the discounts the packaging even the little cloth they supply ill continue to use them even though i dont need any more jewellery its just irresistible.

I purchased an electric toothbrush a while back which is a wonderful item . Recently needed new toothbrush heads and this was the place to get them . To add bonus to each order were some pretty jewellery items which I used for a raffle for breast cancer. All in all very good service.

This is not my first time using clear crystal, and I'm never disappointed, my recent purchases of a necklace and ring are Christmas presents for my daughter, you get a straightforward service, they arrived well packaged and promptly, gift boxes were also included, which was a lovely added surprise. Lovely items for an amazing price.

I have purchased Christmas Advent calendar and they were so traditional and exciting to open each day and get an amazing gift from earrings to necklaces and charms with a fabulous bracelet, It's a ideal fantastic gift. Have definitely recommended to family and friends.
